I don't see where periodization plays a part in your description, ie, where are the microcylces and macrocycles? And what would they possibly look like? Next question concerns Rate of Acuisition. I don't quite get it how it applies to your example. Such as, would that mean ROA could be seen by various factors-heartrate stabilzing and dropping? Horse keeping weight, longer distance with less noted fatigue? Would these be ways of measuring ROA?
