No Peek no lie...body can no longer consume and utilize O2 for energy  
(layman's response) It has reached capacity

Also...I have been reading you for years and accept most things. I admit that I 
had a hard time with your friend Bill, you see I went to his web site and there 
was a picture of him riding 'Smokey' and I had a hard time visualizing either 
one of them putting in the times he had reported.
