C'mon, now, Tom, you know you do.  You live for them.  They're why you "drop by"
here from time to time (along with promoting yourself and your products).

Ah, but those are just general get-the-ball-rolling spray and prays. They do 
tend to invite shootouts, but I sit back and wait for somebody to blunder into 
the snare.

What's funny is that those who complain most having to read my stuff are 
greedily reading every post, parsing each word, to try to find a way to trip me 
up. That's good sport, Joe, you have to admit. The "take your best shot" 
approach to polite discourse.

And god knows I'm no touchy-feely passive-reflex squidlike PC blend-in kind of 
a guy. I prefer a little action if I'm going to bother to show up at the 
dance--know what I mean?

Meanwhile, I actually believe that there are some readers who can see what's 
going on--I know that, because they're in contact. They're having fun, too. And 
learning some things that are useful to them. Not Johnni, but she's stumbling 
over her agenda too often to read coherently.

Overall, it's working out fine, for me at least. Some of those I'm talking to 
may someday be champions--if I live that long, it will be fun to talk about the 
RC wars. Already is, for some other already champions. Unfortunately, most of 
the genuine competitors in this sport aren't even paying attention to RC. But 
they report in now and again, elsewhere. My warriors. The real thing. All guts 
and glory--most of them female, believe it or not. It's just amazing to me how 
cowardly men can be in this day and age.

Right now I have a female "graduate" of the Ivers school of hard knocks that is 
training 50 head of TBs in an extremely anti-female environment (Peru) and just 
crushing her male competiton--and she's the sweetest thing you'll ever meet, 
when not at work. That's really all I need at this point in my life. Just one 
of those is satisfying enough.

You ever watch Rita ride, or train? Absolutely fearless. And sweet as a spring 
violet. As female as they come.
