[RC] D-rings to English saddle - Jonni

Ahh, Chris, I forgot about that. I used one of the snugpacks from Sportack
on my English saddle, and added a ring to the straps that went up under the
flap to hold it in place. Lined up nice to hang a sponge or scoop.
