Re: [RC] Mohair Girth - Jim & Drin BeckerI am considering buying a Mohair girth for my English saddle, I will need a 54 inch. Before I buy, I would like to know what to look for. I don't want to buy some "cheapo" thing I end up having problems with. I will have to order one on-line and so won't have the luxury of seeing and touching it. I would greatly appreciate some suggestions to help me avoid making a mistake. Thank you! Skyla and Tempo (Mohair?, I thought you wanted "less" hair in the summer Mom???) Skyla , Just a week or so I posted this same question to ridecamp looking for a source for a western mohair girth , I ended up buying one from a place called Saddle Up that was in Florida , someone had recommended it , they had a good price on them , fast shipping and it is a very high quality mohair cinch . Sorry I couldn't find the website for you but I highly recommend them .
