Re: [RC] Probotics - rides2farDon't know about everybody else, but I have some liquid probiotics. I mix my syringes of electrolytes the night before. I *may* add a dose of probiotics to one syringe and then mark it with a strip of duct tape. If I happen to want more the next day I can just draw it into the syringe. Funny thing, I never seem to need probiotics now that I started mixing my electrolytes with yogurt...but then that's also about the time I started slowing down a little. There's no way of telling which helped I guess.
