How is he on steep uphills and downhills...Colorado mountain riding type

 Yes,most of 'em can run.As I said earlier,this is the first one I've
encountered that was like this,at least to this extreme.But the walk...ahh
what a walk.Mud,gullies,bushes,were as if they didn't exist.Also the range
of speed both slower and faster available within the walk was a big
help.ANYONE could ride this horse through rough terrain at a pretty good
clip.
