We tried that one too, until somebody figured out that it was the easiest way to have their dog taken care of, and considered the fine a pretty good deal - cheaper than kennel rental...

at the goethe challenge, if you dont follow the dog gone rules and let your dog run loose, pat will put the dog in jail.   then you have to pay to get it out.   i like that one!     cowboy ed
