When government tries to take sides where they have no business taking 
sides - it can only make things worse. There is over 200 years of 
history to prove that. Our juries work just fine. If for some reason 
they do get emotionally carried away in an award, the judge has the 
option to adjust an award. It works just fine. Tort reform will end up 
causing more harm than good. I think that should be the lesson learned 
from the debacle in FL last election.
