A couple of people have mentioned this and I have been thinking.  It 
could have been fly spray IF and only if the bumps would have appeared 
even in places where I did not spray.  There were ALOT of bumps all 
around her eyes and cheeks and really covered much more of her then I 
spray. 
I am going to take folks suggestions though and through process of 
elimination try and get down to the culprit.  There was no crusting or 
signs of ants so I am dis regarding ant bites even though I can't keep 
up with the nasty little mounds that pop up everywhere.  I hate to admit 
but the only thing I have discovered that gets rid of fire ant mounds 
and Keeps them gone in a particular area is sprinkling of gasoline.
