Just a few
ideas...... I won't be there, but ......... and I have secured awards for a few
rides before.
I think it
was:
Austrailian Connection, I got crew bags as top ten awards for one ride -
they were about $20, each, but got a break on ordering that many and sometimes a
company will donate a couple for special awards.
ABC - either electrolyes, etc, they may also donate some 'stuff ',
Gift Certificate to .............. ABC's , Sport Tack, Austrailian
Connection,Long Riders Gear. Or Other
company that sells endurance "products".
Other idea, is get bulk of popular electrolyte - for your region, here alot of
enduromax, endurolyte; LyteNow, and split into 1 - 2 lb baggies to give for
award. OR, give syringes of LyteNow. Also, electrolye syringes, can be good
'just' participation gift.
Sponges on - either nylon or biothane. IF, you want to get
fancy can have top ten, first to finish, etc. put on them, when
ordered.
I once gave out "large" totes, you know like rubbermaid containers -( the ones
on 2 wheels are useful), can get decals to but ride name on, and again
top ten, first to finish, etc.(Go ahead LOL, no one complained.)
10 ft leads with brass snaps - can get for about $6,oo and
