well where do you think they get their money from, your premiums that go up 
everytime personal responsibility is thrown to the wind and the lawsuit flag is 
waived....  take close care of your horses and be reasonable with your friends 
and neighbors, vote for more limited liability.  keep the lawyers from getting 
rich.   accept your responsibility to keep yourself and your family and your 
horses safe. if you stumble and trip it isn't the crack in the sidewalk, it's 
your lazy feet.  ok, that was off topic,and probably a little bit of crazy 
ranting... but the rising cost and requirements for insurance because of 
lawsuits is one of the things that is hurting all parts of the horse world.
