Disclaimer: I have not had a wood floor covered
with Rhinolining. The following is from the dealer and my own
opinion. Take it for what is worth.
The Dealer I used said it would stick fine to new
wood, but not wood that had been treated with oily sealer/ wood preserver.
He said some customers have put a layer of plywood on top of the wood and then
he put the Rhino on.
If the top is completely sealed, the wood should
dry from road splash from below and most likely never rot and never need
replacement. One would have to jack up the trailer to crawl under and
check.
