[RC] knee surjury recovery - Ridecamp Guest

Hi, Feel your pain about knee surgury.  I had mine June 13, it was orthoscopic. 
I had a tear to the menescus tendon and small tear to the ACL and tore up some 
cartiledge.  They  fixed
my tears but the cartiledge they put 3 darts in there to hold
things in place.  They said the darts will will disolve in 2 years.  I just got 
the clearance to stop on using my crutches (with the darts you can't be weight 
bearing.  Recieved my ACL brace yesterday. Now I get to wait 2 more weeks and 
can ride. You'll feel better once you get your ACL brace.  It gives you a great 
sence of security. You can probably ride now if you have gaited horses, less 
jarring, just be careful.
