I sell both the EZ ride replacement cushions ($12 pair+ $4 shipping)
and the Cashel Cushions, which come in sizes to accomodate other sizes of 
stirrups. ($16 pair + $4).
They wrap around the bottom of the stirrup and velcro, no gluing.
