[RC] re: spot on fly repellent - Ridecamp GuestPlease Reply to: Tracey Smith tracey.smith@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ========================================== I also tried the spot on insect repellent last year (not frontline, but the kind purchased at Stateline tack) and BOTH of my horses reacted to it with a burn-like reaction anywhere it touched them (above fetlocks and on the withers). I also had a similar reaction with my younger mare when I tried the "fly be gone" leg bands and have a friend who tried the neck band from that same brand and had the same reaction. Bottom line...I'm sticking with regular old fly spray and fly masks...ain't fixing what's not broke.
