RE: [RC] FIREWORKS TERRIFIED - Magers, Cassandra \(Contractor\)I love the idea of heading for the mountains! My sister has a donkey. He is OK with their dogs but no strange animals are allowed it the pasture. He has actually killed wild raccoons for coming into his pasture. Very good with people though. -----Original Message----- From: Mary Sutliff [mailto:mtnriderII@xxxxxxxxx] Sent: Tuesday, June 28, 2005 10:43 AM To: Amber Roberts Cc: Magers, Cassandra (Contractor); ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Re: [RC] FIREWORKS TERRIFIED Here's what we do over the 4th. Take the horses and head for the mountains. No fireworks allowed in the national forests and at least here in Washington it is enforced. We have five horses and can only take four so this year my semiretired horse will be home with the 2 goats, all in the care of a trusted farm sitter. I'm thinking about adding a donkey to the herd. Is it true that they hate dogs? I want something that will go after the neighbors dog if he digs under our pasture fence again! =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=- Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
