I developed heat rash on my lower legs during the
last two rides I've been on. It is slightly swollen, splotchy redness, and
itchy. It had happened a couple times before during very hot weather, but it's
not even hot yet. Anyway, Gold Bond (or equivalent) is on my shopping list
now.
