I had a hysterectomy when I was in my late 30's,
early 40's. The surgical incision way. It takes a while to heal up
from that. My thoughts are to see how you feel and check with your
doctor. There is no sense in rushing into a long ride and pay for your
health later. I would tend to error on the side of caution myself.
For me having the surgery was the best because I was pain-free for the first
time in years. You will feel better after you heal up. Good
