Maggie
I
read your post on ridecamp miss labeled just for women. The men in
your life care about anything and everything that happens to you. I know
Nelson does. But we're left out of this topic. We will search the archives
the same as you when any problem effect the horse we love or in my case the
mule I love. But when something can effect the ones we love more than our
horses. We're left out. Yes it affect us. In can never be the same as how
it effects you. But think how you feel when Malik has a problem, then
multiply it times 1000.
If you think it would be appropriate. Post
this on ridecamp. You can use your own words, if you want, or just post
this. You received many responses from some wonderful ladies. Ask what
their husbands did to help, or what they would have liked them to do. We
would rather be caregivers than to live in blissful ignorance. I know if I
asked for help with my mule they would all respond.
PS - You may not
realize how much men care and want to do the right thing. After all you
didn't realize that the first post we read is the one labeled " Just For
Women".
