I believe
you are writing about Melanie Shirilla--she is a newbie to our sport but is well
prepared as she is a sled dog musher and w/ her husband Doug
Swingley, competes in the Iditarod. She is a great and tough gal
and has a fabulous horse (RCF Kelal) that moves like no other I've
seen. As my vet said, "Horses only move like that in their
dreams....." Congrats Melanie!
