[RC] Barbecue - sandy . l . holderLast night was a wonderful, balmy evening as the QuickSilver Endurance Riders gathered for the annual barbecue at Bob and Julie Suhr's. As a first year club member, it was fun to expand my knowledge (guest speaker on massage) and to laugh out loud at Dick Carter's poetry. The food was delightful from the appetizers to the fudge brownies for desert (and a nice cabernet thanks to our El Presidente opening the bottle I brought - which of course 'evaporated' shortly thereafter). My kids, their friends and another riding buddy I'm trying to recruit as a member enjoyed the gracious hospitality of the Suhr's as well as the stories and musings of the guests. Thanks everyone for making us feel so welcome!!! Hope everyone there has as much fun as we did!
