[RC] Fort Howes - unnofficial top 15 - Steph Teeter

In order of finish (this is still not officially official and I was only
able to get the top 15 for now and this only by telephone so there might be
some mistakes). I don't know the winning time, but the first rider came in
at 7:15, started at 5am - not sure how long the holds were. Looks like
around 11 hrs winning time. Slower this year, the trails were probably
pretty muddy from the torrents.
