Like another poster, I know trot!  The TW I watched being worked in the 
round pen several weeks ago was trotting!  And a gorgeous trot it was 
too, absolutely balanced.  I've watched a pacey gaited Morgan and a 
Foxtrotter trot too.  I wouldn't have wanted to be on their backs when 
they "trotted."  They were trotting but it wasn't natural for them and 
it wasn't even and balanced.
