RE: [RC] fleece stirrup leather covers - Flora HillmanI have Wintec webbers on my saddle (a County Competitor dressage saddle) to help reduce the leather width under my leg and the upper thigh buckle bulge. To prevent rubbing or pinching from the leathers I bought a synthetic fleece girth cover and simply cut it in half. It covers the length of each stirrup leather perfectly, and is wide enough to run forward of my knee to give complete coverage. Very cheap -- I think it cost me all of $6 -- washable, and *very comfortable*. And easily replaceable, if necessary. Once you've ridden with stirrup fleeces, you'll never want to go back to "naked" leathers. =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
