Betty,

This is exactly what the FL state vets office told me when I inquired 
about traveling out west in '96. Coggins and health papers are required 
but no brand inspection was required for people from not brand 
inspection states. He was addressing the region not just CO. This is 
also what the brand inspector from MT told me.
