[RC] Brand Inspections - Ridecamp Guest

I just checked w/ the ag dept in California and they no longer 
do brand inspections....Do you need one for a particular state
that you are just driving through, or are owner papers, a Coggins
and a health cert all that you need??

Lauretta and Shaba (no branding for me, thanks!! I am too pretty
for a tatoo...oh, its just a piece of paper...)
