Endurance.Net Ridecamp Archives

Idaho does, IF you are on the interstate and have a big enough rig to 
be weighed.  One of our ride vets last year had to turn around at the 
border and travel back 100 miles because he forgot his paperwork.  
Lucky he was coming a day early.

Otherwise I have never heard of anyone checking a health certificate or 
hay in Oregon, Washington or Idaho.
