RE: [RC] Vaccines - heidiI have my equine vet do all my vaccinations, always. She's kind of a knucklehead, sometimes drops needles and things in the dirt before poking them into the horse (and gets confused about whether the needle should go into the horse or the owner, but now she carries a cheat sheet) but when it takes ten or twelve tries to get the needle into the right spot, at least she doesn't charge for the acupuncture treatment. And her dog is nice. Besides, she probably needs the work and she definitely needs the practice. Next week she's coming to do preg checks on my three geldings. Susan Garlinghouse <snork> Dang it, Susan, you just reminded me of the SVWHSTC*--they say if you are not a member, you are either a liar or a new graduate... ;-) Heidi *Society of Veterinarians Who Have Spayed Tom Cats =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= Ridecamp is a service of Endurance Net, http://www.endurance.net.
