The indoor arena at the Walter State Expo Center in White Pine, TN, has a concrete floor.

They put footing over it [and take it off for graduations]. They have all kinds of different

breed and discipline shows there so I am sure you can put down adequate fill on

your concrete to ride safely on. pam
