Sorry to be late coming into this, for some reason did not get two whole
digests and had to read them thru the archives. Wow, don't want to do that
again. Anyway, Farnam makes a product called Roll On, looks just like a round
roll-on deodorant, and is wonderfully easy to roll up the inside of the horses'
ears. Those black midge things literally die on contact. I roll a little on the
back of the ear tips and around the eyes - small and easy to pack
anywhere.
