I heard that you have to have a health cert. to go into Wa just today. I've
been there with my horse a different direction a few times and no one said
anything about it. I'd be crossing the columbia River at Hood River.
Does anyone know if this is true and where I would be ask for it? Please
respond ASAP if you know.
