[RC] Wally- Day five - ll coleYou know, this has always been my husband's website, as I am a confirmed stock horse person. I have trained and shown Arabs, but always for others. However, I am tossing around trying endurance, (thus..Wally!) but have hemmed and hawed. But let me say this, I have never in any of my stock horse encounters, met any nicer people than the folks on this site. You all may have swayed me in my fence sitting. Not that I'll give up my other guys, (yeah, the tall, fat ones!), but........ Anyhow, back to Wally. He is doing much better, walking around, and is back to talking to me when I go out. The wound under his leg is still horrendous, but mostly cosmetic, no muscle involved. The vets at K State Univ. have also said that the decrepitation I feel under his neck and shoulder may not be burns under the skin, it may just be where the leg wound has
sucked air up and it has migrated under the skin. That is good news! But I am going to have to buy stock in the Nolvasan company! Thanks once again for your concern. It is nice to be able to chat with folks that honestly care. As opposed to work folks, that, bless their hearts, just don't get it. But how can they? Without horses, they are just just existing, not living!!!! Thanks again, Linda
