[RC] re: Angie's eating disorders - Cindy CollinsOr what various folks eat on rides.... Here's what's worked best for me: Preride I eat yogurt and precooked bacon. I drink lots of water and a cup of coffee, if I'm lucky. During the ride I eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, more yogurt, almonds or trail mix, gateraide or Emergen C and lots of water.
