This seems to be one of those issues that is not really an issue. The
team is sending 6 members and 3 alternates - just as planned. The system
 worked and there were sufficient horses and riders to satisfy the
requirement. Sure you could add more to the short list, however, you
would need the facilities and staff to support them - not to mention the
 added funds. At some point there would be dimishing returns since I am
sure the final process requries quite a bit of attention from the staff
who is responsible for making the decision. .


But the reason it works is because of the integrity and sense of fair play
that those who nominated happen to have.  The very fact that there are
those on this list who can't see that the system is dependent on that very
thing sort of underscores that it IS a potential issue...
