Actually, Cougar Rock turned out to be no big whoop. Several of our trailing trails have sections more extreme than that. And Cougar Rock is not very big. It was all over in just a few seconds. But I do have the really cool picture as proof we did it (on my 14h, 21 yo l/2 Arab mare!)
