Kat is correct--there is no provision in AHA for registration of clones. 
One can register foals conceived by chilled or frozen semen, with
appropriate permits in place, and one can register foals that result from
embryo transfer, again with appropriate permits in place.  But the only
options for registration at this time still require that sperm from a
stallion somehow gets together with an ovum from a mare to create a new
and genetically unique individual.  This foal is no such thing.
