Contact the new vet yourself, tell him of your horse's history of adverse 
reactions to vaccines.  See if your current vet is willing to talk to him to 
confirm there are problems. At that point, if the stable's vet is willing to 
knowingly give multiple vaccines to a reactive horse just to satisfy the 
stable owner....run to another boarding stable just as fast as you can.
