Paypal to = paypal isn't too bad, but if you have an account that lets people pay by = cc it's a fee plus a percent for each transaction. I'm guessing that those who are complaining about PayPal's fees don't have a merchant account to take credit cards directly? Because I totally understand PayPal charging those fees -- the fees you have to pay for your own merchant account are pretty darn high all by themselves!
