That sizing chart illustrates Angie's and my point exactly: you can't 
get width without also getting height.  I've ridden for years in shoes 
similar to the new Duma but they can get caught/jammed in some stirrups. 
 I've never had a problem, but I don't want one either so I stick to 
ankle high boots.
