 Angie , we run both our dog fence (radio)  wire and our horse wire thru 
either hose (under the driveway) and/ or plumbing pipe 3/4 inch that I 
buried at the horse gate. You also could run it 'up and over" using electric 
fence standoffs  (them yeller things), and run a 2x4 bridge above it or 
again, use plumbing pipe and connecters to make the bridge. _____
