[RC] light western saddle - Ed Kilpatrick

dede,   i suggest a bighorn western saddle.  lightweight, comfortable, and will fit your big guy(horse and rider) with no problem.   best of all, not pricey.   search the web, many dealers carry them.   there are many models, sizes and colors to choose from.   i have my father-in-law's bighorn western saddle here.  it is a model 175, in either a 16 or 17 inch seat, didnt take time to measure it.  he is 6' 2" and 280 lbs.  it works great for him, but i can use it too.  they are durable saddles too, part leather, part synthetic.   the outfitter whom we rode with in utah last year used them on all his horses.  he said if he ever wears those saddles out, he will get more just like them!       cowboy ed
