Re: [RC] Rider weight - Barbara McCraryI think that if one eats meat, the trick is not to eat a whole huge steak, but a 3-4 oz. serving (lean type, and cut off any fat.). I've reached the point where I simply cannot eat more than that amount, along with a salad and a serving of veggie. That's it....period. AT some point I learned when to quit before I reached that "Oh, I ate too much!" feeling. I walk away from the table feeling satisfied but not over-fed. Now, if restaurants would only learn to cut back on serving sizes! In the future, when we travel, I'd like to order one entree and split it between the two of us.Barbara ----- Original Message ----- From: "Amy" <scharmen@xxxxxxx> To: <heidi@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Cc: <ridecamp@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Thursday, March 24, 2005 10:24 AM Subject: Re: [RC] Rider weight Very good points.
