RE: [RC] Rider weight - Adam and JannelleI'd love to hear some how-tos on helping the horse with the heavy rider. For years I didn't ride because I was heavy and embaressed to get on but I decided if I waited until I was the perfect size, I might never ride. I confessed my reason for not riding to my hubbie and he was supportive and helps me get on (short legs, taller horse). So while I work on being "perfect", I'd love some tips on training my horse to have better muscles for carrying me. Great suggestion, Becky.
