Subject: [RC] head throwing

Shaba will throw his head straight up and back when he is upset
about something (like not getting his way) or if he is not going
as fast as HE wants to.  It is definitely due to attitude and
not to any type of discomfort; only when he wants to show that
he is unhappy with how a situation is going.  What would be the
best way to stop this? a tie-down? I have tried tapping him w/ a
crop and this isn't working.  Usually, he will do it once or
twice, then figure out he is not going to get his way and it
stops.  However, on our last ride I had to stop and bend over
forward to adjust my stirrup, and WHAM! he did this because he
was impatient about slowing down
and about knocked my head off my neck, so we need to get this stopped before
a chance accident happens.  Any advice?
