[RC] [RC] Plantar Fascitis/type of foot pain - Pam Salem

It is painful but does heal with care. My doctor told me to buy Asics tennis shoes with the gel soles to work in the barn, and that did help a lot. I used the arch supports and have never worn cheap shoes since. I now use Merril's to work in. Ariats also gave me the support I need, but I have to have gel supports. 'This, too, does pass." pam
