[RC] mud and sand and stuff - Agilbxr

I live in Florida. Sand is our life here. I really can't relate with all the
mud problems going on, except to say, "yuck!". I do know that I condition in
the sand. A lot. And when my friends from Georgia come down to visit, their
horses have a horrid time with the sand. When I go visit them, Alpine runs up
and down the hills like a goat. (gotta love those gaited horses...they like to
speed up going down steep hills and scare the *&^%$ out of their riders if
their rider is talking too much and not paying attention). So my friends go
home with sore horses, and I come home with a slightly more fit horse that has
more energy than when i started. Sigh....

Of course, he won't walk through mud. Especially if it's black. It is a black
horse-sucking hole, and he is not going to be it's next victim. Maybe I need
to send him to California????

Juli and Alpine (love hills, live with sand, hate mud)
