[RC] Black Walnut -MORE THAN TOXIC - Ridecamp Guest

They don't have to eat it, all they have to do is STAND on it
and it will founder them.  Oh, and they don't have to stand
on it for very long.  I was with my horse at UC Davis and there
was a horse with founder that was going to be put down.  Oh gee 
he was one of 15 that founder - all put down- we are not talking a little 
inflamation here.  This woman that owned 
a boarding stable got shavings with black walnut and even though people told 
her after the first horse foundered not to use it, she continued to do so.... 
sad very sad.
