Hi Kathy,

I had Heidi from Sharaf's Closet make me a beautiful long Gore-Tex 
Australian type raincoat, didn't get it with a hood but had her make a 
matching helmet cover and rump rug (for my horse Gabriel   :0)   )

She does very nice work, I also had her make a Gore-Tex rain sheet for 
Gabriel.

I have access to Gore-Tex fabric since my husband has worked for them 
forever and accumulated a lot of fabric over the years.  I'm not sure if you 
can buy fabric anywhere?
