[RC] What is a Straight Egyptian Arabian? - Trail Pal

This is kind of a weird question - What exactly are "Straight Egyptian"
Arabians?  I can make out that they are of historic Egyptian blood
lines, but more than that, what qualities/conformation would I expect?

I was given a registered straight egyptian gelding I was rehabbing. 
His owner finally realized 2 hours of cantering every couple of weeks
wasn't going to cut it with him.  So, I'm wondering what should make
him different from other arabians I've known and loved?
